Get free credits, and give them to friends

Every new account gets 250 Loom Credits to spend on assets. Invite friends and they get 350, and you get 100 once they top up.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Sign up and get 250 free credits

    Create a free account and verify your email address. We add 250 bonus credits to your wallet straight away.

  2. Step 2

    Invite friends: they get 350, you get 100 when they top up $10

    Share your personal link from your wallet. Friends who sign up through it get 350 credits (the 250 welcome bonus plus 100 more). When their top-ups reach $10 in total, you get 100 bonus credits.

  3. Step 3

    Spend them on assets

    Bonus credits work on any asset, with the same Standard licence. We use them before any credits you buy.

The rules

  • One welcome bonus per person, added once your email address is verified.
  • Each friend can be referred once, and only when their account is new.
  • Bonus credits expire 90 days after we add them. Purchased and top-up bonus credits don't expire.
  • Bonus credits are promotional: no cash value, never paid out, and spent before purchased credits.
  • Disposable email addresses don't get bonuses. Limits apply to how many referral rewards you can earn each month.

Questions

Can I get the welcome bonus more than once?

No. The welcome bonus is once per person, and each friend can only be referred once, when their account is new. You can't refer yourself or another account you control.

Do bonus credits expire?

Yes. Welcome and referral bonus credits expire 90 days after we add them, and your wallet shows when the next ones expire. Credits you buy, and the bonus credits that come with a top-up, don't expire.

Why do I need to verify my email?

Bonuses are added once your email address is verified, which keeps the programme fair. Disposable or temporary email addresses don't get a bonus, although you can still use AssetLoom with them.

Can I cash out bonus credits?

No. Bonus credits are promotional and have no cash value. They can't be withdrawn, refunded, transferred or sold, and we never pay cash for referrals.

What counts towards a friend's top-up total?

Settled top-ups of any size, added together. Bonus credits, refunded or charged-back payments and taxes don't count. You can follow each friend's progress towards $10 in your wallet.
