Print settings

• Shade in white/natural or translucent PLA/PETG (0.2 mm layers, 2 walls); base in any colour (3 walls, 15 % infill)
• No supports: both parts print as supplied
• LED tealights only: never use a real flame inside plastic

Fit: the shade drops over the base and rests on the flange step at z = 10 mm with 0 intersecting triangles; assembled height 82.8 mm.

Checks: bmesh non-manifold/boundary edges, loose geometry, degenerate faces, face-winding consistency, signed volume (outward normals), shell count, bounding box in mm, overhang area (faces steeper than 45° from vertical, bed layer excluded), and BVH triangle-intersection tests for mating parts. Not yet physically test-printed.
