Description
Strong, clean-lined screw-mount hooks in three sizes plus a wall headphone hanger and an under-desk headphone hanger, all designed to print on their side so the layers run along the hook for maximum strength.
What's included (5 models, STL + 3MF + plate)
- Wall hooks S / M / L: 19 / 32 / 47 mm openings, two countersunk holes each
- Headphone hanger (wall): 40 mm-wide rounded saddle, 72 mm reach
- Headphone hanger (under-desk): screws up into the desk, keeps the screws accessible behind the drop
Mounting
Countersunk holes for 4 mm (#8) screws (Ø4.5 clearance, 90° Ø9 countersink, heads sit just below flush, verified with a screw model).
Print settings & load notes
- Print on the side as supplied; never stand the hooks up (layer lines across the root are weak)
- PETG for permanent loads, 4–5 walls, 40 % infill, no supports
- Recommended max loads (estimates): S 2 kg, M 3 kg, L 5 kg, headphone hangers 1.5 kg, see the table below
